Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Germany.

We arrange shipping immediately after receiving payment. Your items usually arrive within 1 to 5 working days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

You can see the shipping costs in your cart before paying. If ordered items are not available, we will, where possible, send the available products in advance as a partial delivery. We cover the cost of the follow-up shipment.

Your orders are packed and shipped by MOSAIK Berlin, a Berlin workshop for people with disabilities. More about the workshop
